Dr. Roh Mark - General Surgery / Chirurgia Generale

Dr. Roh is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. After graduating he spent the next years gaining precious specialist experience. He received his surgical training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He afterwards performed an additional training in oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

Dr. Roh has held several positions of importance in his scientific and professional society. He presently serves as Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has a large teaching activity as Professor of Surgery at the same Hospital. He is also heading the Liver Program at Allegheny General Hospital. He has a large experience in this area of surgical interest, having held the position of Chief of Liver Tumor Surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston Texas for 10 years.

It's worth saying that Dr. Roh has been selected by his peers throughout the United States to be listed in the prestigious book the Best Doctors in America. Since 1992 his high level of surgical and oncological skills have been well recognized in his country.
